Description

Hudelot-Noëllat Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru Les Suchots comes from two Pinot Noir parcels, one facing east and the other south, on clay-limestone soils. Harvesting and sorting are carried out by hand; after partial destemming, fermentation proceeds with indigenous yeasts and punching down. The wine matures in oak barrels and is neither fined nor filtered before bottling. Its expression brings together density and structure while retaining finesse and a silky tannin texture, which accompanies the substantial palate without sacrificing the precision of the wine.
