Description

The Huguenot Fixin “Terre Brune” is a village red from the Côte de Nuits in Bourgogne. It is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone, stony soils and displays juicy fruit framed by compact tannins. The wine undergoes roughly 12–14 months aging in oak barrels followed by several months in stainless steel, which helps integrate fruit and structure. Aromas of red berries, subtle spice and a saline thread appear on the finish.
