Description

Etna Bianco Superiore Imbris 2021 from I Custodi delle vigne dell'Etna is a white wine from the Etna area made predominantly from Carricante grapes grown in Contrada Caselle (Milo). Fermentation and ageing take place in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, with roughly 18 months in tank followed by bottle maturation. The wine is presented to highlight the mineral volcanic soils and the fresh acidity typical of high-altitude Etna vineyards. Production is limited and aimed at reflecting the site's specific terroir.
