Description

Vinudilice is a rosé from I Vigneri made from grapes grown in the VignaBosco plot on the north-west slopes of Mount Etna. It is a field blend of red and white varieties, harvested and co-fermented from centenary bush-trained vines. Winemaking is restrained (indigenous yeasts, stainless-steel ageing) with no added sulphur; production volumes are small. The name refers to the holm-oak wood surrounding the vineyard.
