Description

I Vitari’s Valtellina Superiore Grumello “SO” 2022 is a red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Grumello subzone (Sondrio). The winemaking includes destemming/crushing and extended maceration in stainless steel with daily pump-overs, followed by malolactic fermentation on indigenous yeasts. The wine is matured for about 20 months in large 20‑hl casks and then aged a minimum of 6 months in bottle before release.
