Description

Icardi’s Serra Barolo Riserva (2016) is a Barolo DOCG made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from the 'Serra' parcels in the Barolo area. The bouquet is complex and ethereal, showing violet, ripe red-fruit, licorice and spicy notes such as pepper and vanilla. On the palate it is elegant and well-structured, with firm, balanced tannins, suitable for further cellaring and for pairing with red meats and aged cheeses.
