Description

Il Mosnel Franciacorta Riserva 2007 Pas dosé (Riedition 2022) is a millesimato Franciacorta DOCG blended from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. The wine matured on the lees for nearly 14 years; Pinot Blanc was vinified in stainless steel while Chardonnay and Pinot Noir saw part of their vinification in small French oak barrels. In the glass it shows deep golden hues with floral, candied citrus and spicy notes, and on the palate it is silky, saline and long-lasting.
