Il Paradiso di Manfredi is a small family estate in Montalcino, run by Florio Guerrini, that makes Brunello in a classic style and releases it only when it judges it ready, often later than the rest of the appellation. The 2017 is enveloping and fresh, with sour cherry, cherry, sweet tobacco, liquorice and an iodine note.
