Description

The 2017 Tenuta Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino is a red wine from the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG appellation, produced in Montalcino, Tuscany, from 100% Sangiovese. After controlled-temperature fermentation the wine is aged in French oak barrels and finishes with bottle ageing. It shows a structured profile with firm tannins and aromas of ripe red fruit, spice and earthy notes typical of the area.
