Description

A single-vineyard white made from 100% Vidiano, from the Amygdalos site in Mélambes, Rethymno, Crete. The vines are very old (approximately 90–140 years) on schist, sand and clay soils with influence from the Libyan Sea. Aromas combine ripe fruit and mineral complexity, while the palate balances freshness with firm structure. The wine is aged about 11 months on the fine lees.
