White wine made from 100% Vidiano sourced from the Fourfouras single-vineyard in the Amari valley (Rethymno, Crete), grown on century-old vines. Fermented with native yeasts and aged for about one year on fine lees. It is concentrated and flavorful, with lively acidity and a mineral thread that balances the ripe fruit.
