Description

Oratorio di San Lorenzo 2020 is INAMA’s Carmenere Riserva from the Colli Berici DOC. It is made from hand-harvested Carmenere grown in the Oratorio di San Lorenzo vineyard (50–150 m above sea level) on red clay and marine limestone soils, trained to Guyot. The wine is fermented in concrete vats and aged in French oak barriques (30% new, 70% second-fill) for roughly 12 months in wood, followed by a period of bottle rest before release.
