The 2023 Vulcaia Fumè from Inama is a white Veneto IGT made from Sauvignon grapes grown on the volcanic hills of the Soave area. The Fumé bottling is fermented and matured in barriques, showing layered aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, spice and coffee notes, with a long, persistent finish. It is presented as a full-bodied, spicy interpretation of Sauvignon tied to the local volcanic terroir.
