Description

Respublica Verdejo is a white wine made by Ismael Gozalo in the autonomous community of Castilla y León. It is produced from 100% Verdejo grapes grown on sandy and gravelly soils in the area. Fermentation takes place at low temperature for 25–30 days, followed by ageing in 228 L barrels for about 9–10 months. The wine is sold under the regional designation linked to Castilla y León.
