Made by Ismael Gozalo under the MicroBio project, the Sin Nombre 2022 is a single-varietal white wine from Verdejo grapes grown on very old vineyards in the Los Navales parcel of Castilla y León. Winemaking includes periods of aging in wood followed by further maturation on lees to enhance texture and mineral character.
