Description

Cepparello is Isole e Olena’s pure Sangiovese, created in 1980 through a project selecting grapes from the best vines. The estate regards it as the culmination of its research, a process that continues to evolve through close attention to the vineyard. Presented as Toscana IGT, it belongs to the history of the Supertuscans. Its origins lie in western Chianti Classico, at San Donato in Poggio between Florence and Siena. Here, the estate’s approach places artisanal work and the care of vineyard terraces at its centre.
