Collezione Privata is Isole e Olena's pure Cabernet Sauvignon, from the Chianti Classico estate's vines of about twenty years. It matures two years in French and American barriques, partly new, and three more in bottle before release. The 2020 is warm and enveloping, with small dark fruits, cherry, spice and tobacco over firm tannins.
