Jacques Lassaigne's 2015 Clos Sainte‑Sophie is a vintage Blanc de Blancs (Brut Nature) sourced from a single walled vineyard in Montgueux. Made entirely from mature Chardonnay vines, it is released under the Champagne appellation. The cuvée aims to express the chalky terroir of Montgueux on the Aube plateau.
