Description

Jacques Robin’s Origine Zero Dosage is a Champagne (Champagne AOC) from the Côte des Bar presented as a Brut nature cuvée. It is a multivintage blend based chiefly on Pinot Noir and produced without added dosage, emphasising purity and vinosity. The wine shows a pale yellow colour with fine bubbles, offering floral and fruity aromas (hawthorn, plum, cherry, strawberry) and a fleshy, fruit-driven palate with white peach, lemon and a sanguine orange-like lift revealed by the zero dosage.
