Description

A vintage Champagne from Jacques Robin in the Côte des Bar, released as Kimmeridgienne Millésime 2014. Built from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, it shows a pale yellow colour with golden highlights and a fine perlage. The bouquet is refined with aromas of hazelnut, praline, acacia honey, vanilla and dried fruit; the palate brings citrus zest and white fruit balanced by a mineral finish. Suited to gastronomic pairings such as shellfish, delicate fish dishes or foie gras.
