Description
Jacques Rousseaux’s L'Autre R Extra Brut is a Grand Cru from the Montagne de Reims made from 100% Pinot Noir. The cuvée spends several months in oak barrels and around 36 months on the lees in bottle, producing toasted and fruity aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate and blackberry. On the palate it delivers freshness, saline tension and a balanced structure, pairing well with cured ham such as Parma ham or with pan-fried veal and morels.
