Description

Millésime is the Champagne through which Jacques Selosse places a single harvest at the centre of the wine. Its history has evolved from Chardonnay selections in Avize towards a broader interpretation of the family's vineyards, so origins and composition should be understood in relation to the vintage on the bottle. Grape selection, barrel vinification and extended lees maturation remain central to the approach. This is the vintage expression of a philosophy that starts with the quality of the underlying wine and gives time a fundamental role in developing its depth and complexity.
