Description

Jacques Selosse Rosé starts with Chardonnay from Avize, combining successive harvests and completing the blend with a small proportion of Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. This construction keeps the substance of the white wine at its centre while adding a red-fruit dimension. Cellar work and extended time on the lees support the estate's vinous style, with restrained dosage allowing its texture to emerge. The intended balance brings together substance, complexity and liveliness: a rosé interpretation of the Selosse approach that remains rooted above all in the character of its base wines.
