Description

A non-vintage (NV) extra-brut Blanc de Blancs crafted entirely from Chardonnay, presented as a Grand Cru cuvée. The wine is an assemblage of multiple vintages and reserve wines from upper-slope Grand Cru parcels in Avize, Cramant and Oger in the Côte des Blancs. It shows a dry, saline profile with complexity gained from extended aging and careful handling of fermentation and blending. Serve chilled; pairs well with shellfish and other delicate seafood dishes.
