Description

Version Originale is a non-vintage (NV) cuvée from Jacques Selosse, produced as a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs. It is made from 100% Chardonnay, mainly sourced from Avize, Cramant and Oger, typically fermented in oak with extended bottle aging and finished with very low dosage (Extra Brut). The wine displays a vinous, mineral character with subtle oxidative and dried-fruit notes typical of the house style.
