Champ Caïn Dégorgement Tardif 2005 from Jacquesson is a single‑parcel blanc de blancs from the Champ Caïn lieu‑dit in Avize (Grand Cru). It is made exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from vines planted in 1962. The cuvée was bottled in May 2006 and underwent a late disgorgement in February 2015. On the palate it displays the chalky minerality and freshness typical of Avize, with focused structure and clarity.
