Description

Jacquesson Cuvée No. 749 is an Extra Brut non-vintage cuvée whose base is the 2021 harvest, blended with reserve wines. The blend is Chardonnay-led and largely sourced from the villages of Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon (with parcels from Avize and Oiry). It is vinified and aged in large oak foudres without filtration and released at a low dosage (about 2 g/L). The wine aims to deliver mineral precision and citrus freshness while preserving the structural profile of the house.
