Jacquesson’s Dizy Corne Bautray Late Disgorgement 2005 is a single‑vineyard Champagne from the Corne Bautray lieu‑dit in Dizy. Made from Chardonnay vines planted in 1960 on a one‑hectare parcel, it was bottled on 20 June 2006 and received a late disgorgement in February 2015 following extended lees ageing. The wine expresses the site’s mineral tension and developed complexity, with notes of citrus, brioche and saline undertones. Structured and persistent, it is well suited for further cellaring.
