Description

Cuvée no. 743 belongs to the series through which Jacquesson seeks the best possible blend for each release while preserving the character of its base harvest. It is built around the 2015 crop from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, Avize and Oiry, complemented by reserve wines. The grapes reached the cellar healthy and ripe, retaining sufficient acidity after a hot, dry summer. This edition was released without dosage. Its number therefore identifies a particular composition within the 700 series, where selecting the wines takes precedence over reproducing an identical flavour from one release to the next.
