Description

Jacquesson's Cuvée no. 748 is built around the 2020 harvest, joining wines from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers and Champillon with those of Avize and Oiry. Chardonnay gives the blend its character, complemented by reserves from earlier releases in the 700 series. Vinification and maturation take place in large wooden casks on the lees, without fining or filtration. Dosage is two grams per litre. This edition continues the house's decision to value the harvest and the diversity of its parcels, creating a particular balance between younger wines and the accumulated memory of the cellar.
