Description

The Marsannay Rouge “Les Longeroies” 2022 from Jean Fournier is a red wine from the Marsannay appellation, produced in the Les Longeroies climat at Marsannay‑la‑Côte in the Côte de Nuits (Burgundy). It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown under organic agriculture. Vinification uses indigenous yeasts and roughly 50% whole clusters, with about 12 months ageing in barrels (600 and 228 L, ~25% new oak) followed by roughly 6 months in demi‑muids.
