Description
Jean‑Louis Chave’s Cuvée Cathelin is a small-production red cuvée from the Hermitage hill, released only in vintages judged exceptional by the domaine. The wine is made exclusively from Syrah sourced from selected Hermitage parcels and is vinified and aged with greater attention than the regular Hermitage bottling. Production is extremely limited and reserved for a handful of vintages; the debut vintage was 1990.
