Conversation is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru from Jean Louis Vergnon in the Côte des Blancs. It is made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from plots in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Oger and Avize and is released as a Brut non‑vintage cuvée. The wine shows fine bubbles, a mineral-driven character with citrus hints and is aged on the lees for about three years prior to disgorgement.
