Description

Eloquence by Jean Louis Vergnon is an Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs cuvée from the Côte des Blancs. Made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru vineyards in Le Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Oger and Avize, it features fine bubbles, citrus aromas and a pronounced chalky minerality. The blend includes about 20% reserve wines aged in oak and 80% year wine; dosage is Extra Brut (3 g/l) and the cuvée spends at least three years in the cellar before disgorgement. Serving temperature is suggested at 9–10 °C and cellaring potential is roughly 10 years.
