Description

Murmure is a Brut Nature cuvée from Maison Jean Louis Vergnon, produced as a Blanc de Blancs and made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from Premier Cru parcels in the Côte des Blancs (Mesnil‑sur‑Oger, Vertus, Villeneuve). Labeled Premier Cru with a 0 g/l dosage, it is vinified in stainless steel and partly in wood, and spends a minimum of two years in cellar before disgorgement. Production is limited (around 7,000 bottles); it shows mineral and citrus aromas and a cellaring potential of up to about 10 years.
