Jean-Marc Millot's Échezeaux brings together three climats: Les Clos Saint-Denis, Échezeaux du Dessus and Les Poulaillères. Their combination is central to the wine's identity, joining depth, mineral character and finesse from different parts of the Grand Cru. Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils is harvested manually and destemmed, with cold maceration forming part of vinification before maturation in oak. The domaine describes a profile centred on red fruit, elegance and persistence. Its complexity arises from the dialogue between these parcels, each contributing a distinctive element to the finished wine.
