Description

Quintette from J‑M Sélèque is a Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut made around Épernay from five selected Chardonnay plots. The cuvée is vinified largely in small oak barrels and incorporates a solera reserve to add complexity. Dosage is Extra Brut (about 2 g/L) and the house practice includes extended ageing on crown caps or cork prior to release. It is produced in limited quantities and offered in both standard bottles and larger formats.
