Description
J‑M Sélèque’s Solessence Rosé is an Extra Brut rosé Champagne from the house in Pierry. The final blend is approximately 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier and 15% Pinot Noir; the cuvée includes 10% skin‑contact Meunier and 5% red Pinot Noir wine. Partly vinified in stainless steel and partly in oak, it is presented as an expression of the southern Épernay terroirs (Pierry, Moussy, Mardeuil, Dizy, Boursault, Vertus). The commercial bottling is generally non‑vintage; harvest years published by the producer refer to the base wines used for specific lots.
