Description

The 2018 Soliste Chardonnay from J-M Sélèque is an Extra Brut, 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Les Tartières and Les Porgeons plots in Pierry (Pierry 1er Cru). Aged in large oak barrels (320–600 L) and left on lees with no fining or filtration, it balances structural depth with chalky freshness reflecting the local limestone soils. The cuvée is finished at Extra Brut (around 3 g/L) and produced in limited quantities, emphasizing a clear terroir-driven character.
