Description

Jean-Marie Bouzereau's Bourgogne Aligoté is the regional varietal white from the Meursault estate. The family has grown vines in the village for more than ten generations, and Jean-Marie began his own activity in 1994, taking over part of the family holdings. The wine matures for one year in stainless steel, following a different path from the range's oak-aged whites. Its profile includes hazelnut and fresh butter, with a rounded, fresh palate marked by citrus. It suits oysters, seafood and fish, or the traditional kir made with crème de cassis.
