Description

Jean-Marie Bouzereau's Meursault Goutte d'Or Premier Cru is a Chardonnay from the family estate based in the village. Jean-Marie began his own activity in 1994, taking over part of the family vineyards. Harvesting is carried out by hand, seeking ripe grapes without overripeness. The settled must ferments in barrels without added selected yeasts; maturation continues in oak, with moderate use of new wood. The wine combines power, finesse and liveliness. Fish, shellfish and white meats are suitable pairings for this interpretation of the Premier Cru and its structure.
