Jean-Michel Gaunoux & Fils Bourgogne Blanc is a Chardonnay from the Côte de Beaune, part of the range of the domaine based in Meursault. Cultivation follows a measured approach, with attention to limiting yields. In the cellar, a moderate proportion of new oak is used, seeking balance between the wine’s character and the contribution of the wood. The cuvée belongs to the family’s tradition of Côte d’Or white wines, alongside the Village wines and Premiers Crus of Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet.
