Jean Michel’s Cuvée Les Mulottes Extra Brut 2015 is a vintage Champagne produced as a Blanc de Blancs from 100% Chardonnay. Sourced from the estate’s vineyards in Moussy, the wine undergoes extended lees ageing prior to disgorgement, which enhances its texture and complexity. It is released in an Extra Brut style with a dry, mineral-driven profile typical of Champagne millésimes made from Chardonnay.
