The Gewürztraminer Rittersberg Vendanges Tardives 2018 is a sweet Alsace wine from Domaine Jean‑Paul Schmitt. It comes from the Rittersberg slopes and is made from late‑harvest, hand-picked Gewürztraminer grapes. The vineyards are managed using organic and biodynamic practices and fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts without chaptalization. The wine shows a concentrated, aromatic profile consistent with Alsace late‑harvest style.
