Description

Jean Vesselle's Brut Grand Cru Prestige is a cuvée made exclusively from grapes grown in the Bouzy Grand Cru. The base blend is approximately 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay and is aged on the lees for a minimum of four years. Presented as a Brut (dosage around 9–10 g/L), it shows a complex aromatic profile with notes of dried fruit and honey. It is suitable as an aperitif and pairs well with sauced fish dishes.
