Jean Vesselle Demi Sec is a non-vintage, semi-dry Champagne from the house based in Bouzy. The cuvée is composed predominantly of Pinot Noir (about 80%) with Chardonnay (about 20%) and is dosed at a level consistent with the demi-sec style. It undergoes a minimum bottle aging of 2–3 years; the wine is commonly paired with desserts and refined dishes.
