Jean‑Yves Devevey’s Beaune 1er Cru “Pertuisots” 2018 is a red Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune made primarily from Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru Les Pertuisots site. The Devevey estate, based in Demigny, practices organic viticulture and has followed biodynamic principles since 2019. The wine shows ripe red-fruit aromas, subtle mineral notes and fine tannins, with a balanced structure that supports medium-term cellar potential. It pairs well with delicate red meats, poultry and semi-aged cheeses.
