Description

The 2024 Bourgogne Rouge “Monpoulain” by Jérémy Carteret is a red from the Côte d’Or made primarily from Pinot Noir. It comes from the Monpoulain area at the base of Volnay and is vinified with whole clusters and native yeasts. The wine is reported to be aged about 9–10 months in 400 L barrels; its profile leans to red fruit aromas, fine tannins and a lithe Pinot Noir structure typical of Burgundy.
