Jérémy Recchione’s Fixin 1er Cru Les Hervelets is a red Burgundy made from Pinot Noir grown on the Les Hervelets climat and labelled as Fixin 1er Cru. The producer’s natural-oriented vineyard and cellar practices aim to highlight the site’s character; the wine typically shows solid structure with dark fruit and spicy/meaty notes, and the 2019 bottling has been noted for its welcoming palate and fine tannins.
