Description

Jermann’s Capo Martino takes its name from the hill purchased in 1991 at Dolegna del Collio, the year of its first production. This Venezia Giulia IGT white uses traditional regional varieties grown on marl and sandstone that form the local ponca soil. The project draws on the work of earlier generations, combining brief skin maceration with fermentation and maturation in oak. In the winery’s conception, elegance, body and complexity coexist with a reminder of agricultural craftsmanship and the family history behind the wine.
